Flive · For live streamers, by live streamers

Point of sale,
with less to do.

Flive is the point of sale for resellers who buy from retailers and resell. Scan the barcode already on the box: inventory, cost, and profit sort themselves out. Sell live on TikTok Shop or Whatnot and it tracks the stream too.

10-day free trial. No card needed. $149/month after.

Flive

Made for the way you sell.

Know which models to keep buying -- and which to drop

Every model's units sold, total profit, and average profit per pair, ranked best to worst -- whether you're moving ten pairs a week or a thousand. See what's actually working, know which model to stop restocking, and -- next to what you've paid for it before -- know what it's worth paying for it again.

Profit you can see

Cost per pair, fee per stream, profit per sale. Today, this week, or this month, with the retailers side by side.

Receipts become inventory

Paste a Nike, DICK'S, or adidas receipt, or forward the email. Flive reads each item, its price, and the gift card, then files every pair as a lot with its cost.

Labels out, streams sorted

Print barcode labels per receipt: the real UPC when there is one, a code Flive builds when there isn't. Start every listing title with the stream code and the sales import lands in the right stream. Nobody types a thing.

Two ways to log a sale

Scan a sale-number sticker, then the shoe, all stream long. Or scan one pair as it sells, no stream involved.

Simple to set up.

Bring your spreadsheet, or start from demo data.

  1. 1

    Apply and get approved.

Every account is reviewed by hand. You'll hear back by email, then the trial starts when you confirm it. No card.

  2. 2

    Import your data.

Inventory comes in from a receipt or by hand; streams and sales history import from a CSV or Excel file matched to a downloadable template. Or skip straight to one click of demo data to look around.

  3. 3

    Run your first stream.

Print labels, go live, scan sales as they happen.

Getting started.

What the first stream takes.

  • Hardware

Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works. It types what it reads into whichever field has focus, the same as a keyboard: no driver, no pairing inside Flive, no special model required.

  • What to print

Sale-number labels for a stream, and a generated barcode label for anything with no manufacturer barcode of its own. A plain label printer or ordinary paper both work; every label is 3 inches by 1 inch.

  • Your first stream, in order

Print labels, go live, scan sales as they happen.

  • Help once you're in

Email support@flive.io any time after you sign up.

Built for the mistakes too.

  • Edit anything

Every number a person or a parser typed can be corrected where it shows.

  • Undo the big ones

A receipt, a sale, or a batch import comes back with one click.

  • Export everything

Your whole account as a workbook, any time, even after the trial.

  • Private by account

Nobody sees anyone else's data. Tested, not assumed.

  • Light and dark

Pick the one that suits the room.

  • Keyboard first

Every screen works without a mouse, scanner included.

  • Custom UPCs

Nike and DICK'S receipts carry a real UPC; Flive uses it as-is. adidas has none, so Flive builds a code from the article number and size. Anything with no manufacturer barcode gets its own generated code and a printable barcode label.

Frequently asked
questions.

Why do I need to apply?

Every account is reviewed by hand before its trial starts -- it keeps the free trial for real resellers. Apply once at flive.io/waitlist and you'll hear back by email.

Which receipts does Flive read?

Nike, DICK'S Sporting Goods, and adidas today. Anything else goes into a review queue where you add the items by hand and Flive keeps what it could read.

Does it connect to TikTok Shop or Whatnot?

Not through their APIs. You export your sales as a file and import it; Flive matches each sale to the pair by the sale number on the label.

Do I need special barcodes?

No. The UPC the store printed on the box is the code. Flive prints sale-number labels for streams; those are the only labels it adds.

Can I bring my spreadsheet?

Yes, for streams and sales history: a CSV or Excel file matched to a downloadable template. Inventory comes in from a receipt, an order page, or by hand.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your account becomes read-only. Everything stays, you can export it all, and one payment turns writing back on.

Is my data private?

Each account only ever sees its own rows, and there is a test that proves it across every route.
