Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and JOBRITE LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company that operates Flive ("Flive", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using flive.io, you agree to them. If you use Flive for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@flive.io if you think someone else has access.
Trial, plans and billing
New accounts get a free trial. After it ends, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancelling stops future charges, and your account stays readable and exportable. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires. If a payment fails, we give you time to update your card before the account becomes read-only. We may change prices with advance notice by email.
Your data
Your inventory, sales and other records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Flive for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export them at any time.
Connected marketplaces
When you connect TikTok Shop or another service, you authorize Flive to access it on your behalf for the features you use, such as reading orders and statements or creating listings. You remain responsible for your listings, prices, products and compliance with each marketplace's own rules. Flive is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Whatnot, Nike or other brands and platforms it works with. Those services may change or limit their APIs, which can affect Flive features.
Acceptable use
Do not use Flive to break the law or any marketplace's rules, to sell counterfeit or prohibited goods, to access other accounts or data that aren't yours, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell Flive without our written permission.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Flive running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. Figures Flive calculates, such as profit and fees, are tools to help you; check them against your own records for tax and accounting.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Flive and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we'll tell you why where we can. After closing, data is deleted as our Privacy Policy describes.
Disclaimers and liability
Flive is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to Flive is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and disputes will be handled in its state or federal courts.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will change the date above and tell you about meaningful changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use Flive after that means you accept them.
